The International Artistic Dissemination Programme (PIDA) is the Institut français' call for projects dedicated to promoting French artistic creation internationally. It is open to the French diplomatic network, French or French-based artistic teams, and French or foreign cultural organisations. PIDA supports international tours, artistic cooperations, as well as the invitation of French artists to major international festivals and venues.


The submitted projects must be developed in collaboration with the French cultural network and the Institut français. Applicants must contact the cultural network in the country or countries where the events are planned before submitting an application, and must also inform the Institut français in Paris. These contacts are a condition of project eligibility.

 

 

The PIDA is open to the following applicants:

 

  • French cultural network abroad (Instituts français, Alliances françaises…). The cultural departments of embassies are eligible provided they have a partner capable of receiving and spending the funds;


  • French institutions or cultural organizations (agencies, production offices, studios, music publishers, record labels, tour managers, museums, arts centers…);


  • French or French-based (mainland or overseas communities) artists, curators, companies, groups or collectives;


  • International institutions or cultural organizations (presenters, record labels, promoters, music publishers, platforms, museums, art centers, festivals, biennales…).

 

 

The PIDA covers the following disciplines: Architecture, visual arts, digital creation, photography, design, artistic crafts, music, performing arts.

 

 

The following types of projects are eligible:

 

• Circulation (international tours, solo or collective shows, appearance in a professional market);

 

• Invitation of French artists to major international venues or festivals;

 

• Artistic cooperation (collaboration between French and international artistic teams, with a transmission or shared creation goal) ;



 



 

Application deadline: October 31st 2025 (23h59 CET)

Selection comittee : mid-january 2026
